Best Irish Pubs in Las Vegas 2026: Guinness, Live Music and Football

Las Vegas has a small but lively Irish pub scene: a 24-hour neighbourhood pub on Tropicana Avenue, a Dublin-style pub between Mandalay Bay and Luxor, a British pub that never closes and shows the football, and a party bar on the Strip with an Irish name. Most pour a proper Guinness, and several have live music most nights.

Older lists of "15 Irish pubs" padded out with places that have closed or that were never really Irish pubs. This guide sticks to pubs we could confirm on their own websites, or their resort's, in September 2026. Hours and music schedules change, so check before you go.

McMullan's Irish Pub

At 4650 W Tropicana Avenue, a short drive west of the Strip, McMullan's has been open since 2002 and serves food and drink "24 hours a day, 365 days a year". It describes itself as "as close to a traditional Irish pub as you might find this side of the world", and says some of its staff have been there since it opened.

• Food: pub classics such as shepherd's pie and fish and chips, plus its own Irish nachos, with breakfast served late into the night.
• Music: regular acts include The Whisky Fiddlers (fiddle and acoustic guitar), Darby O'Gill & The Little People, Whiskey & Ginger and Irish Larry.
• Pub quiz: Tuesday nights, with a bar-tab prize.
• Sport: it shows big events, including the AFL Grand Final, and runs free shuttles to Vegas Golden Knights hockey games.

If you only visit one Irish pub in Las Vegas, make it this one, and go on a music night.

Rí Rá (Mandalay Place)

Rí Rá is in The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, 3930 Las Vegas Boulevard South, the shopping walkway that links Mandalay Bay and Luxor. It serves Irish classics and pub favourites and has live music and sport on big screens every week. It also hosts private parties and corporate events, and in December 2025 it launched a loyalty programme, Rí-Wards. The pub doesn't list its hours on its Las Vegas page, so call ahead (702-632-7771) for a late visit.

Crown & Anchor (British Pub)

Not Irish, but the pub most Irish and British visitors end up in for football. Crown & Anchor, at 4755 Spring Mountain Road west of the Strip, is open 24 hours, seven days a week, and calls itself "a traditional British Pub experience with a Las Vegas flair". It has gaming machines as well as a dining room. Because it never closes, it is a natural place to watch European matches that kick off in the early morning Las Vegas time. Older guides also list a Tropicana Avenue location; the pub's own site now lists only Spring Mountain Road.

On the Strip

O'Sheas (The LINQ)

O'Sheas, the Irish-themed casino and bar at The LINQ, is a party spot rather than a pub: loud music and beer pong, popular with groups before a night out. Come for the fun, not for a quiet pint. See The LINQ.

Nine Fine Irishmen (New York-New York)

This large Irish pub at New York-New York has long been the Strip's best-known Irish pub, with live music. Its website did not load when we checked in September 2026, and MGM Resorts' sites block automated checks, so confirm it is open and when the band plays before you go.

Guinness, Food and Whiskey

• A good Guinness is poured in two stages: the glass is filled most of the way, left to settle, then topped up so the head sits just proud of the rim. A busy pub that pours a lot of it usually serves it fresher.
• Pub food to look for: fish and chips, shepherd's pie, bangers and mash and, at breakfast, a full Irish.
• Irish whiskey comes in three main types: blended (Jameson, Tullamore D.E.W.), single malt and single pot still (Redbreast, Green Spot). Ask what the bar has beyond Jameson.

St. Patrick's Day in Las Vegas

March 17 is the busiest day of the year at every Irish pub in town, and many run parties across the whole weekend. Plans are announced nearer the date, so check each pub's website or call.

• Go early. The popular pubs fill up by the afternoon, and some sell tickets or charge a cover.
• Don't drive. Book a rideshare; Nevada enforces DUI laws strictly.

Watching Football, Rugby and Other Sports

European matches often kick off in the early morning in Las Vegas, so a 24-hour pub is useful. • Bring physical ID. You must be 21 to drink.
• Expect smoke in some pubs: Nevada law allows smoking in casino gaming areas and some bars.
• Getting there: McMullan's and Crown & Anchor are a short rideshare from the Strip; Rí Rá and O'Sheas are on it.
