Best Pizza in Las Vegas 2026: Slices, Deep Dish and Coal-Fired

You can eat very good pizza in Las Vegas, but most of it isn't in the casinos. The best-known names are a championship pizzaiolo's place downtown, a Brooklyn-style coal-oven chain, a Chicago deep-dish import on the Strip, and a handful of local pizzerias in the suburbs.

This guide lists pizzerias whose own sites confirmed their Las Vegas locations in September 2026, grouped by what you're in the mood for. Menus, hours and prices change, so check before you go. A few places that appear in older Vegas pizza lists turned out not to be here at all; they're at the end.

Pizza Rock (Downtown)

Pizza Rock is Tony Gemignani's Las Vegas restaurant, at 201 North 3rd Street at the Downtown Grand, a block from Fremont Street. Gemignani is a 13-time world pizza champion; in 2007 he won the World Pizza Cup in Naples, the first American and non-Neapolitan to do so, and he is one of three people the city of Naples has named an official ambassador of Neapolitan pizza. He runs nearly 30 restaurants across Northern California and Las Vegas.

  • What to expect: gourmet pizzas across several styles, hand-crafted cocktails, more than 30 craft beers and a wine list.
  • Happy hour: the restaurant runs one, with pints and shots specials; check its site for times.
  • Good for: groups who want to try different styles, and anyone spending an evening downtown. See our Downtown Grand page.

On the Strip: Secret Pizza, Grimaldi's and Giordano's

Secret Pizza (The Cosmopolitan)

The Strip's most famous slice shop is tucked down an unmarked hallway on The Cosmopolitan's third floor. It sells New York-style pizza by the slice or the whole pie and is a classic stop after a night out. The Cosmopolitan's site blocks automated checks, so we couldn't confirm its current hours; it has long stayed open well past midnight, but check before you go.

Grimaldi's (Grand Canal Shoppes)

Grimaldi's bakes Brooklyn-style pizza in a coal brick oven, which gives a crisp, charred crust. Its Strip branch is in the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian (open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.), and there are three more in the valley:

  • 7155 S Rainbow Blvd (southwest), 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • 9595 S Eastern Ave (Green Valley), 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • 750 S Rampart Blvd, Boca Park (Summerlin), 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Giordano's (Chicago deep dish)

Giordano's, the Chicago stuffed-pizza chain, has two Nevada restaurants: one on the Strip at 3619 Las Vegas Blvd S and one in Summerlin at 8730 W Charleston Blvd. Stuffed deep dish takes a long time to bake, so expect a wait, or ask if you can order ahead.

Local Pizzerias

Dom DeMarco's Pizzeria & Wine Bar (Summerlin)

Dom DeMarco's has served New York-style pizza at 9785 W. Charleston Blvd in Summerlin since 2011, with a wine bar, an outdoor patio, delivery and catering. It says it makes every pizza "with love, and discipline," as its namesake, Brooklyn pizza maker Dom DeMarco, wanted. (Older guides place it at The Strat; its own site lists only the Summerlin restaurant.)

Metro Pizza

Metro Pizza is a family-friendly local pizzeria with locations in Green Valley (Henderson) and the Northwest. The menu includes tavern-style and Sicilian-style pizza, and it offers takeout and delivery. A good choice if you're staying off the Strip or have a car.

Good Pie (Arts District)

Good Pie is in the Arts District, south of downtown, which makes it an easy stop while you explore the galleries, vintage shops and bars of the area. Check its site for the current menu and hours.

Late-Night Pizza

Pizza is the classic Vegas late-night meal, but few pizzerias stay open very late. Secret Pizza has long been the after-midnight option on the Strip; confirm its hours on The Cosmopolitan's site. Grimaldi's Strip branch closes at 11 p.m. and its suburban branches at 10 p.m. For more after-hours food, see our late-night dining guide.

Tips

  • Leave the casino for the best-value pizza. Resort pizza costs more than the same thing at a neighbourhood pizzeria.
  • Downtown is easy. Pizza Rock is a short walk from Fremont Street; pair it with the free canopy shows.
  • Plan deep dish. Stuffed pizza takes much longer than thin crust; don't order it right before a show.
  • Check hours on the day. They vary by branch and season.
  • Vegetarian or vegan? Ask about options; our vegan restaurants guide has more.

Not in Las Vegas (Despite Older Lists)

  • Buddy's Pizza, the Detroit-style originator, has 20 locations, all in Michigan. There is no Buddy's at The LINQ or anywhere in Nevada.
  • Dom DeMarco's at The Strat: the restaurant's site lists only its Summerlin location.
