About
Jabbawockeez is a dance crew known for performing in plain white masks and gloves. The crew says the masks pull attention away from individual dancers and toward the group as one unit. Its name comes from Lewis Carroll's poem Jabberwocky.
The crew first appeared on national TV on America's Got Talent in 2006. In March 2008 it won MTV's Randy Jackson Presents America's Best Dance Crew.
Its Las Vegas stage history runs through several productions: MUS.I.C at Monte Carlo (2010-2012), PRISM at Luxor (2013-2015), then JREAMZ (2015-2020) and TIMELESS (2020-2025) at MGM Grand. The current show, FREQNCY, opened at MGM Grand in 2025 and runs in the Jabbawockeez Theater.
What to expect
FREQNCY is a dance show performed by the masked crew, with the tight group choreography and synchronization the Jabbawockeez are known for. Strobe lights and atmospheric effects may be used during the performance, which matters for anyone sensitive to flashing light.
The theater has a bar, but there is no table service, and drinks stop being served once the show starts. Restrooms are outside the theater, just past it on the right, so plan a stop before the show. After the performance, a paid meet and greet with the dancers is sometimes available. It needs its own ticket, separate from a show ticket; ask the box office if it is still on offer that night.

- Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Pets are not allowed, except trained service animals.

What is the current Jabbawockeez show in Las Vegas?
The current production is FREQNCY, which the crew lists as running at MGM Grand from 2025 to the present. It followed TIMELESS, which played MGM Grand from 2020 to 2025, and JREAMZ before that. The crew's site describes it as a Las Vegas residency with shows nightly. Showtimes are set on the MGM Grand booking page, not on the crew's own site.
Where is the Jabbawockeez Theater?
The Jabbawockeez Theater is inside MGM Grand, 3799 South Las Vegas Boulevard. Walking in from the Strip, the route to The District passes the Jabbawockeez Theater in the casino. Restrooms are not inside the theater; they are just past it on the right. MGM Grand does not validate parking for guests attending shows on the property.
Can I bring a bag to Jabbawockeez?
Only small personal bags or purses up to 12 x 12 x 6 inches are allowed. Backpacks and larger bags are refused at the door. You can check them for free at the MGM Grand Bell Desk in the hotel lobby. Weapons, pepper spray, pocket knives, outside food and drinks, and cameras with detachable lenses or external flash are also prohibited.
Can you meet the Jabbawockeez after the show?
Yes, there is a meet and greet, but it needs its own ticket. Meet and greet tickets are sold separately from show tickets. The crew's FAQ says to ask the ticket agents at the box office whether meet and greet spots are still available for your performance.
Why do the Jabbawockeez wear masks?
The crew wears plain white masks and gloves so the audience watches the group rather than any one dancer. It is part of the style the crew built before its Las Vegas shows, going back to its America's Got Talent appearance in 2006 and its win on MTV's America's Best Dance Crew in March 2008. Masks are also sold at the Wockshop store.
