About
A Las Vegas night tour is a guided sightseeing loop timed for after dark, when the Strip's signs and resort facades are lit. It is not a single attraction. Different companies run it in different vehicles, at different prices and with different stops.
Two formats are common. Big Bus Tours runs open-top double-decker buses on a fixed night route with recorded commentary, starting at the High Roller on the LINQ Promenade. Pink Jeep Tours picks guests up at their hotel in a Jeep Wrangler with a live guide and adds stops that Big Bus does not.
Both head south to the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign and north to Downtown, where Fremont Street's canopy is lit. What differs is whether you get off: Big Bus's 7 p.m. Night Tour is panoramic, its Late Night Tour stops at the sign, and Pink Jeep's tour also stops at the Sphere and rides the High Roller.
What to expect
On Big Bus, you choose a date and time at booking and arrive at Stop #3, the High Roller bus zone at 3973 LINQ Lane, 15 to 20 minutes early. Seats are first come, first served. The bus heads south past the resorts and the Welcome sign, then north to Downtown and the Golden Nugget, returning past The Strat, the Little White Chapel, Circus Circus and Wynn.
On Pink Jeep's Bright Lights tour, a guide collects you from your hotel. The evening starts with photos at the Welcome sign, passes the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop and Wedding Chapel Row, and drives through Downtown, the Arts District and Fremont Street. It ends with a Sphere photo stop and a High Roller ride before you are dropped back at your hotel.
