Las Vegas Wedding Chapels 2026: Famous Chapels, Prices and Licenses

Las Vegas is famous for quick, easy weddings, and the chapels on and near Las Vegas Boulevard are a big part of that. Some date back to the 1930s and 1940s; others are modern venues with several rooms and outdoor settings. You can marry with an Elvis impersonator, through a drive-thru window or in a quiet traditional ceremony.

This guide covers the marriage license and the best-known chapels, checked against the Clark County Clerk and each chapel's own site in September 2026. Package prices change, and most chapels add extra costs on top of the package, so confirm the full price before you book.

The Marriage License

Every legal Las Vegas wedding starts with a Clark County marriage license. According to the Clark County Clerk:

• Cost: $102. Credit and debit cards are accepted for an additional fee; checks are not.
• Apply online first: the Clerk has an online application. Once submitted, it stays in the system for one year.
• ID: both of you need original, government-issued photo ID that proves name and age, such as a driver's license, passport or military ID.
• Age: at least 18, with limited exceptions for 17-year-old Clark County residents with a court order.
• No waiting period and no blood test.

You collect the license in person at the Clerk's Marriage License Bureau. Check the Clerk's site for its current address, hours and whether you need an appointment, and allow for queues on popular dates. After the ceremony, the officiant files the paperwork, and you can order certified copies of the marriage certificate from the County Recorder, which you'll need for name changes.

Not ready to marry legally? Most chapels also offer vow renewals and non-legal commitment ceremonies that need no license.

The Famous Chapels

A Little White Wedding Chapel

At 1301 Las Vegas Blvd South, on the stretch between the Strip and downtown, the Little White Wedding Chapel has been marrying couples since 1951 and says it has married "hundreds of thousands" of them, including many celebrities. It is home to the "world-famous Tunnel of Love Drive Thru". Ceremonies run from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; call about holidays. Package prices are on its packages page.

Best for: the classic Vegas chapel experience, or a drive-thru wedding.

Graceland Wedding Chapel

At 619 Las Vegas Blvd South, Graceland dates from 1939 and is best known for Elvis. It offers Elvis wedding packages, Elvis vow renewals and Elvis non-legal commitment ceremonies, alongside traditional weddings. It also offers video recording and live streaming so family at home can watch.

Best for: an Elvis wedding at one of the city's oldest chapels.

Little Church of the West

At 4617 S Las Vegas Blvd, south of Mandalay Bay, the Little Church of the West was built in 1942 and appeared in the Elvis and Ann-Margret film Viva Las Vegas. It is a small wooden chapel that feels like an old frontier church. Its site lists add-ons such as a traditional minister ($60 cash for smaller packages, $100 for its larger Headliner and Desert Stardust packages), an Elvis impersonator ($200), a "mini Elvis" ($250) and a Johnny Cash impersonator ($200).

Best for: history and a traditional feel, close to the south Strip and the Welcome sign.

Chapel of the Flowers

At 1717 Las Vegas Blvd South, Chapel of the Flowers is a larger venue with five settings: the Victorian Chapel, Magnolia Chapel, La Capella Chapel, the Glass Gardens and the Gazebo. It also arranges ceremonies at specialty locations: the High Roller, Valley of Fire, the Grand Canyon and Red Rock Canyon. In September 2026 its Romantic package started at $650, the Regal package at $795, and a wedding-and-reception package at $15,900.

Best for: a more traditional wedding with guests, or a ceremony in the desert.

Vegas Weddings

Vegas Weddings, reachable at 702-WEDDING, runs several venues: the Crystal Suite for up to 10 guests, a Wedding Chapel for up to 100 and a Terrace Gazebo for up to 30, plus outdoor locations and a drive-thru. It says it has done more than 100,000 weddings over two decades. Its listed starting prices in September 2026 were $89 for the drive-thru and vow renewals, $159 for chapel packages, $399 for outdoor venues, $499 for Elvis packages and $2,199 for wedding and reception.

Best for: the widest range of budgets, including some of the lowest starting prices.

Chapels Compared

Elvis Weddings

An Elvis impersonator is the most Las Vegas way to marry. Graceland has built its identity around it, Vegas Weddings sells Elvis packages from $499, and the Little Church of the West adds an Elvis impersonator to a package for $200. When comparing, ask:

• Does Elvis officiate, or just sing and walk you down the aisle? For a legal wedding the officiant must be authorised; ask how the chapel handles it.
• How many songs are included, and can you choose them?
• Which era of Elvis: young rock-and-roll or the white jumpsuit?
• Is photography of Elvis included, or extra?

Outdoor and Desert Ceremonies

Red Rock Canyon and Valley of Fire make dramatic backdrops. Chapel of the Flowers and Vegas Weddings both sell outdoor and desert packages. Public lands and state parks have their own rules and permits for ceremonies, so book through a chapel that handles them, or check with the land manager directly. What It Really Costs

The package price is only part of it. Common extras:

• The marriage license: $102 from the County Clerk, plus a card fee if you pay by card.
• Officiant fee or gratuity: some chapels charge it separately, sometimes in cash. The Little Church of the West lists its minister fee as a cash payment.
• Photography: packages often include a few digital images; full galleries cost more.
• Limo transport, flowers and music upgrades.
• Tips for the limo driver, photographer and performers.
• Certified copies of your marriage certificate.

Ask for a written quote showing everything, including cash-only fees.

Planning Tips

• Book ahead for popular dates. Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve and "special" dates fill quickly.
• Do the license first. Apply online, then pick it up in person before the ceremony. Both of you must bring original ID.
• Ask about witnesses. Check whether you need to bring a witness; many chapels can provide one.
• Check the guest limit. Small rooms like Vegas Weddings' Crystal Suite hold only 10.
• Plan for streaming if family can't come; Graceland is one chapel that offers it.
• Leave buffer time. Traffic on Las Vegas Boulevard and queues at the license office can both run long.
