About

The Adventuredome is an indoor amusement park inside Circus Circus on the Las Vegas Strip. Circus Circus calls it Las Vegas' only indoor amusement park, covering 5 acres under a giant pink dome, and pitches it as a place for all-day play.

The ride list is split into thrill rides, kids' rides, interactive attractions and shows. The headline ride is Canyon Blaster, an indoor double-loop, double-corkscrew roller coaster that reaches up to 55 mph. Other thrill rides are El Loco, NebulaZ, Disk'O, Inverter and Sling Shot.

Beyond rides there is Pirates Bounty, an 18-hole indoor mini golf course, a laser maze, a laser-tag style arena, a climbing and bungee zone, a VR room, modern and classic arcades, and midway games.

What to expect

Entry is by wristband, and an all-day ride wristband covers the park for a single day. Vouchers bought online are redeemed at the Will Call booth just inside the front entrance, where heights are checked. The buyer must show the card used for purchase and a matching ID. Free clown shows roam the park. FX Theater 4D and Extreme Ride Theater run motion and 4-D films, including Angry Birds The Ride.

Younger children have a separate group of rides: Circus Carousel, B.C. Bus, Drifters, Road Runner, Frog Hopper and Thunderbirds. Some allow shorter children when accompanied by an adult. Hours are short on weekdays (noon to 7 PM) and longer on Friday and Saturday (11 AM to 11 PM), so a full day works better at the weekend.
